Traditional sports helmets pose recycling challenges due to materials and assembly processes. The FORO helmet tackles this issue by considering production, maintenance, and end-of-life recycling in its design.
The FORO helmet tackles this issue by considering production, maintenance, and end-of-life recycling in its design by incorporating an easily disassembled modular design, replacing the adhesive bonding process with different materials, and customized 3D-printed lattice structures to replace polystyrene foam.
The FORO helmet enables full recycling and product lifespan extension. Additionally, the modular framework accommodates a wider range of head sizes and shapes, ensuring greater user accessibility.
