Using natural fibers from daily life, imprinting the structures generated in nature onto ceramics, preserving their original form, and transforming everyday materials into new possibilities.
By utilizing the technique of ceramic slip trailing, natural structures can be manually imprinted using a process of layering and absorption onto fibers. The slip is absorbed into the fibers and fired to transform the natural fiber structure into ceramic, creating a new and unique expression.
Testing the presentation of glaze and color powder separately, ultimately focusing on white, not only results in better transparency but also records their original appearance more purely.
